This free online GMP for Food Manufacturing course is designed to demonstrate the quality of Biopharma Institute’s training and LMS.
The GMP Awareness for Food Industry Employees, An Abridged Course is a shortened training program used primarily for demonstration purposes only. The learning path for this course includes a section focusing on providing an understanding and awareness of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and its significance in the food industry. The course moves on and explores the origins and development of cGMP in the context of the food industry. The course includes a section introducing the nine key pillars or principles that assist in implementing cGMP effectively in any food industry and describes two of those pillars in more detail. The full-length course will examine all nine pillars in detail. This course concludes with an assessment designed to evaluate the learners’ understanding and knowledge acquired during the training.
NOTE: The full length version of this GMP Awareness For Food Manufacturing Employees course will be released in Q3 2023. Biopharma Institute will also be launching a GMP Awareness For Dietary Supplements course at the same time.
