Other than a few syntax errors in the dialog, the courses ran very smoothly. The testing phases were adequate to test the level of understanding of the material presented. I definitely have a more in depth understanding of QA/QC processes in the areas covered by the courses I took.

The course was a good overview of the cGMP Microbiology in the Workplace. I feel that a bit more detail should be included. The course is easy to follow, well presented, but lacks some details. Examples of actual situations would certainly help to reinforce the material. Over all, it was good and informative.
